Three days between dosages felt barren. Anxiety was more noticeable. Became aware of rigidity from anxiety. Lost fluidity and integration.

NOTES: Reflected on anxiety, going into rigidity from anxiety, losing fluidity and integration. Pondering possibly micro-dosing on a lower, maintenance level. It seems people with Asperger's generally need a double dosage. Three grams was a little strong, yet 2.75 is not very noticeable. Environmental and psychological factors must be quite influential. I consider to try 1 gram daily with days off by intuitive feeling for a more underlying effect.
The intention has evolved into something I resonate with. It is of course an intention, not a claim of achievement. With resolve, I imagine the qualities of the intention can be integrated into daily life and become 'real'. Time off will happen naturally as the first strips run out, and the current order is likely to take two weeks for delivery.
DOSAGE AND PROTOCOL
According to Microdose.nl, one to three grams is considered microdosing. Others say 5 to 10 % of a recreational dosage (which in truffles could be 8 to 10 grams).
It's not a precise point, and varies individually. 3 grams was not strong enough to be called a recreational dosage for me, yet a little too strong to be called sub-recreational or micro-dosing. People with Asperger's are found to need a double dosage according to the Microdose Institute. Microdose.nl is associated with the Micro-dosing Institute.
Self-correction:
I may have given the impression I think micro-dosing is generally 1 to 3 grams. I started at .34 and increased gradually to 1 gram, which was a big step!
Then someone here said their sweet spot is two grams, and I tried that a couple of times.
Then I came across 1 to 3 grams from the Institute.
Really, if a person is self-aware and self-reflecting and keeps a journal I think it's quite okay to test the higher end of the micro-dosing range. It's worked for me, and now I am more accurately in touch with my optimal dosage and protocol.
From my experience, a lower dosage actually has the better feel.
It should be noted that I am retired (so don't go to a job) and currently don't drive. I would not test the higher dosages if it might endanger myself or others.

NOTES: Across 17 micro-dosing sessions and one month, my intention for each day evolved to express something from a deeper place. The intention is not an affirmation nor an incantation nor fully a mantra. It could be called a creative command from conscious resolve which puts in motion it's own unfolding as manifestation and integration, a process.
Having a more complete perspective requires accepting what is, neutrally, with no mental commenting.
Commenting of any kind (including this statement) necessarily limits into a partial perspective.
Partial perspectives are okay and part of the process, which becomes more awakening when there is awareness. Looking at a partial perspective, acknowledging and accepting it, must come from the place of an observer.
Awareness makes the partial perspective less binding so the individual can be more fluid.
Integrating an intention from a more complete perspective assists the process of awakening, used here as a term for psycho-spiritual evolution towards being a whole human.
It was an especially good day, rich with new and fun experience. My partner and I hiked up a newly discovered trail from our beach area to the town above, walking through a 'magical' forest with pleasing diversity and abundance of flora. We were amazed to find this in our backyard after living here five months.
The town experience was especially nice as well. Generally we've been prejudiced towards two baristas for their galaos (espresso in steamed milk) and didn't want ours made by an older man who seemed less attentive. He made our galaos, and they were quite satisfying. I speculated that micro-dosing may have influenced both experiences, as it is said to loosen rigid and stuck patterns of thinking and behavior.
Earlier this week, our landlady unexpectedly offered to extend our month to month house rental to an annual lease. Long-term leases are extremely rare on this island, as owners profit from much higher tourist season rates. The living space and winter climate are not ideal, but considering world politics and the costs and stress of moving, staying here looks more and more attractive. We are adjusting to the idea and looking forward to some aspects of this new opportunity, such as the flowers of spring and summer, small gardening, and discovering more of the island.
A young stray cat we call Fluffy came to us shortly after our arrival. He was in desperate, starving condition, just loose fur hanging on a skeleton. We became impressed with his alertness, intelligence, and will to live, and started feeding him. He was wary of us and we of him, and we kept our distance of each other. Over time he accepted occasional petting from us, but still fought being picked up. Today while I was sitting on the balcony, he stepped onto my lap and snuggled into being held and stroked.

NOTES: Some of what seem to me limitations of my neurology (ASD1, misophonia, HSP) are such things as anxiety, resistance, narrow focus without integration of the whole, making overly important, and abrupt contraction psychologically. Micro-dosing has softened the edges. I also sleep better, noting that instead of waking every hour, this night it was every two hours, and sleep feels more restorative. I ordered a grow kit, to expand my experience and enjoy the possibilities of other benefits including the anti-inflammatory properties of the mushrooms.
