Embodying E-qualities
"The fully integrated whole human taps not into nor conforms to the world system but to the higher frequency patterns of the original design." – Emanate Presence
The higher qualities will become real in a person not over the analytical intellect or by following a manual, but through naturalizing — over the frequency language of nature and the heart sense of feeling. Communion takes place not in analytical understanding but in the radiance of feeling and living from the innocence of the heart. I need to know my state of emotions, the feeling of entrapment and its dissolving, to be innocent and vulnerable in the moment and observe my own process. Emotions are frequency holders which keep enslaved or allow us to re-connect again. No one can tell another what to do. Each moment and each human is unique. After Kati and I had a tarot card reading in Golden Bay, we rode the bus through the New Zealand countryside. At about the place where the green door of Bilbo's hobbit hole sets in the mounding hill, my reflections turned to creating a set of e-quality cards. That was my first inspiration towards them, when I named them "e-qualities." The process since then enabled me to develop practices which have made a distinct difference in my life. The e-qualities that I wrote about ten years ago I would now call higher human feelings, such as respect, trust, equanimity, compassion and so on. The e-qualities, however, are more universal and their frequency patterns are characteristics of Nature. They are in-born within each human. They are at the core of 'what is' and do not need to be earned, only embodied. Searching or striving can prevent one from finding or reaching what already is. Embodying happens over awareness, choice and acting from higher human feelings. In the examples that follow, repeating phrases can help reinforce the choice. Spoken as a key phrase to bring balance, 'I am constant and present' is not affirming something to manifest it, but reminding oneself that the e-quality already is, aligning with its frequency pattern and then embodying it through actions. The whole human who embodies the e-qualities is: • Aware and Balanced • Sensing and Feeling • Knowing and Flowing • Neutral and Natural • Present and Constant • Emanating and Embracing • Exploring and Experimenting • Generative and Nourishing • Co-Creative and Synergetic • Owning and Serving Wholeness ::: The writing of each e-quality is still in process, how it is inherent in Nature and can be embodied consciously in Man. Aware and Balanced Physicists, poets and astute observers have recognized that consciousness is in the atoms and in the foundation of All that is. That is universal consciousness. Being aware - of Self, of 'other,' of the sacred in the profane, of the extraordinary in the ordinary, of the guidance of the intuitive inner voice, of the beauty of the present moment, is a fragment of universal consciousness capable of unfolding into a fuller expression of wholeness. Balance is the natural state of existence. Nature evolves from chaos to higher order, and from imbalance to homeostasis. In humans, an act of balance may also be as simple as adjusting oneself from unsustainable excesses in behavior to a more stable lifestyle. Embodiment I am aware of the actual state of my body, mind and emotions from moment-to-moment. I am aware of the stimuli which trigger me. I am aware of my reactions to the triggers and how they affect my state, such as a tightening of the body or an absence of mind or emotional distress. As soon as I sense these reactions, I counter them with a conscious choice to integrate the e-qualities. If a judgmental thought separates me from wholeness, I may counter it with 'I am neutral and natural.' If an emotional addiction leads me into imbalance, I may return to homeostasis by reinforcing, 'I am aware and balanced.' If I become head-overloaded by thinking and doing, I may bring myself to being by focusing on and feeling, 'I am present and constant.' Ultimately in all this, 'I own and serve wholeness.' ::: Sensing and Feeling Sensing intuits subtleties that exist beyond the scope of the gross physical senses. animals perceive scents and sounds that are outside the range of human senses and awareness. Animals and some humans sense subtle energies before they become apparent, such as an impending storm, earthquake or dramatic happening. Common intuition or psychic sensitivity without all the e-qualities integrated and active, gives only a partial impression that is easily mis-perceived and interpreted. The sensing of the whole human is substantial and reliable. The whole human does not say, 'I am whole' as a state of achievement or title of distinction. Wholeness does not defend, explain or announce itself. Communion with the creative source and serving wholeness is sufficient. Feeling deepens what is sensed into what is known, in the heart and on a cellular level. All that is perceived over the body-mind is illusion or gives a partial view at most. That which is known in the heart by the whole human is real. The whole human is the emerging future. Embodiment I pause in my doing to sense what is objectively real. I deepen the sense to feel and commune with the unified field of creative source and the emerging future. I bring this heightened sense of wholeness into all my thought and action. ::: Knowing and Flowing Knowing means communing with the one being, over intuitive feeling and heart-centered intelligence. The pure heart radiates empathy, compassion and love. Flowing aligns one with the future that emerges from the original blueprint for the whole human being. For me to live in harmony, there is a simple way - in every thought and action, in all I do and say, to let go of the past and be present in the Now, to be with what I do and also with the how. ~ To let go of my thoughts and merge into the flow, to be with what I am, with what I feel and know, to step back into nature and from the world to wean, for what a human being can be, the world has never seen. Embodiment The whole human knows with a self-contained certainty that needs no verification. The knowing of the whole human is based on unshakeable trust in communion with the All. It is pure faith free of doubt, divine self-confidence free of hubris. This knowing is always aligned with the original blueprint. Flowing acts upon such knowing. The creative source of all that is and I are one. Everything I truly am is made from creative source. I commune with the one being. I know with the knowing of the creative source. I act upon the original blueprint and go with the flow of the emerging future. ::: Neutral and Natural Neutral in this sense is a stable state of being, the active stillness of communion with the whole of existence. Neutral is free of all fear-based emotions and ego-centered thoughts. It is mindfulness, observing without preference. Neutral is also emoting without a charge that tenses, acting without reaction, flowing without resistance. Neutrality as a counter to charged emotions, reactivity and resistance returns one to balance. As a biological species, homo sapiens is a part of nature. Nature takes only what it needs, uses all it takes, adjusts and replenishes itself to maintain homeostasis, and is in symbiosis with the whole of existence. In these ways, humans depart from being natural. Natural means unprocessed by human society or individual programming. It is alignment with the original blueprint for creation from the one being. Embodiment When I sense in my body-mind a preference for something that is not yet, tense up from charged emotions, re-act to stimuli, or resist what is, I return to balance by countering any internal triggers such as judgment, defensiveness, small self image, or over thinking with, "I am neutral and natural." ::: Present and Constant While flow is always changing, constancy is ever the same. In nature, the river exemplifies both qualities simultaneously. Consciousness pervades all as the essential and universal constant, oscillating between still and active. Presence emanates from oscillating consciousness and is felt and radiated by the whole human being. Presence is of the moment and diminishes on the surface when disrupted, processed and filtered away by thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Nothing is more nourishing than communion with the presence of creative source. Embodiment When the mind drifts off into memories of the past, or the body tenses from fear of the future, or the brain over-thinks or is obsessive, all leading to absence, I regain command by saying and feeling, "I am present and constant." ::: Emanating and Embracing Source—the quantum field of creating wavicles unified by consciousness which permeates all that is—emanates particles coded to co-create according to an original blueprint. The thermo-nuclear furnace of the sun, the magnetic poles of the earth and the vital life energy of a whole human being emanate the presence of Source, which Nature serves. This vital life force urges and propels new life forms to emerge and follow the blueprint. So begins Nature's grand experiment to create diversity in 3D, maintain and evolve it over a variety of self-preservation tactics for survival of the species. De-naturalized Man uses his separated and analytical brain to experiment with technologies which, improperly used, dangerously alter the balance of Nature. The whole human being, guided in all actions by the original blueprint, experiments only in service to wholeness and in alignment with the emerging future. Embodiment Emanating happens naturally when a human experiences a degree of wholeness. One needn't try to emanate, as that will only hinder. The more the e-qualities are integrated into everyday life, the greater will be the emanation, like the dawning to the midday sun. When I feel separated from my surroundings or fragmented in myself, I restore wholeness to my experience by saying and feeling, "I emanate and embrace." ::: Exploring and Experimenting Every experience is a form of exploration when the person makes it so. Exploring follows and fulfills curiosity, the urge to know the knowable, the need to wander in unfathomable mystery. What greater experiment could there be than the evolution of species on earth and the unfolding of the cosmos? Embodiment When, for example, fear of the unknown or unfamiliar roils up in me, I can cheerfully negate the fear by claiming, "I explore and experiment." ::: Generative and Nourishing The warmth of the sun triggers an encoded pattern in the seed to activate when its new life can emerge and be sustained. This generative and nourishing power is a synergy between sun and seed, joined by moisture and nutrients. Humans attempt to mimic nature over their intellectual capabilities and seem to achieve a higher degree of sustainability for themselves over new technologies. Yet where is the deeply felt connection with Life as a whole that informs every moment and all actions? The whole human is naturally generative and nourishing without effort, in a synergy with the creative source, bringing forth the new whole of creation in a myriad of ways. That which is illusion is not what it appears to be. There is much in every day that could be called this type of illusion, from energy appearing to be solid to deceptive roles deliberately played. The world-wide, well-maintained illusion of separation from wholeness confines its co-operating mental prisoners to a fraction of their capabilities in a dualistic paradIgm and convinces them, 'this is all there is.' The emerging whole human bursts out of this ages-old deceit to live not longer in a reality of separation from wholeness but a reality of what is Real. Embodiment When the 'other' and my surroundings seem bleak, dispassionate and lifeless, I ask within, "What can I bring to this, to better the situation? I am generative and nourishing." ::: Co-Creative and Synergetic Two atoms of hydrogen join with one of oxygen to co-create a molecule of water. Two warring nations join with one that is neutral to co-create a peace accord. A small group of people with diverse skills join together to co-create a sustainable community living naturally which senses the emerging future of the whole human and flows with it. Embodiment When I am called to join forces with others and perhaps would rather go it alone, I polish away my resistance and remind myself gladly, "I am co-creative and synergetic." ::: Owning and Serving Wholeness Nature owns and serves wholeness just by being.... natural. By owning is meant being engaged with and responsible for, having without possessing. By virtue of natural forces, the sun is engaged with and responsible for the earth. If the sun failed, biological life on the planet would collapse. The sun doesn't have to do anything else than be itself to be responsible for life on earth. It cannot do anything else than serve the original blueprint of creative Source. Man, an experiment of consciousness to create a self-aware being with mind, will and emotions, does have a choice to serve or not the Whole of existence. When humans own their innate eternal qualities, rather than serve the separated illusionary ego, they also have the capability to serve wholeness. Serving wholeness is letting go of individual will and surrendering to the origin of the original blueprint, the living, conscious fabric of All that is. Embodiment As a powerful command to master self and reinforce qualities of humility, self-responsibility and service, "I own and serve wholeness." |
