In the timeless, Everything is one in consciousness. In the temporal, the illusion of separation seems real. In a dance of balance, human wholeness begins.
When I am in love with 'what I am', which is Everything (no exceptions), in a dance of balance with 'who I am', a personality, I live as a whole human. 'Who I am' can be diminished or lost. 'What I am' cannot.
The Everything, the timeless, is accessed through the temporal. Some call these by other names such as the infinite and finite, the sacred and secular or the seen and unseen.
When the temporal inner landscape is contracted, such as by triggered emotions or an imbalance of mental activity without feeling, a barrier is made which prevents access to the timeless.
When the temporal is in an open, expanded state, it becomes a bridge to the timeless. There are many ways to open oneself to the timeless, such as the practice of Heart Breathing.
At this stage of its development, Heart Breathing has eight components:
Self Inquiry for Deepening Awareness Conscious Breathing Toning to Be the Sound Vibration Applying Key Phrases Over the Day Expanding Perception (e.g., Inter-species Communication) Integrating the Body with Movement Quality of Daily Actions Writing (e.g., Keeping a Journal) and Sharing
In daily life, I make the choices between temporal and timeless, which make the difference.
