Let go of everything of the conditioned mind, so the liberated mind can shine. - Emanate Presence
The emphasis of the Emanate Presence sites is on actualizing full human potential. Overseeing and playing with the sites is a discovery for me. I explore while I write and write while I explore.
As many as there are individuals, so many are there unique life journeys, and so various it seems are the methods, technique, systems, traditions and philosophies for following the same urge to consciously evolve.
On the Whole Human section of Emanate Presence, my blog writing led me to discover the Avatar series and its deeper messages, which led to a deeper exploration of the Tao and Qi. From the books gathered, I saw with some fascination how authors of the same subject approach it from such diverse perspectives and each with a distinctive style.
For example, one author developed an orderly multi-phase system for cultivating Qi focused on the motive of personal health and wellness, while another writes of the Tao and T'ai Chi Kung almost poetically and in powerful terms. His disciplined regimen of body forms is designed for 'the ideal transformation of body and spirit into a potent, unified existence' and an 'end purpose of producing recognizable transformation in pupils, to see them evolve on the path towards spiritual Self-realization.'
I see that complicated or demanding systems are no longer needed in the times in which we live, and that having objectives at all is not necessarily the way to Self-realization. For me at least, at this writing, the 'way' can be summed by, 'Let go of everything of the conditioned mind, so the liberated mind can shine.' That could be called the inner work, which only has merit when embodied as evidenced by actions from higher human qualities.
Philosophies, religions, world views and mindsets including science, contain partial truths, and none sees fully the larger picture in its complexity. Deception occurs when a partial truth is presented and believed as being the whole truth.
I am drawn to be the most universal and inclusive of which I am capable, with neutrality and unconditional love, and to live in awareness of the immense beauty and intelligence which underlies everything.
