Heartstone,

P.L. Chang refers to 'raising your frequency' in his Staradigm book. I've only browsed the book through Chapter 6, and it seems more is coming on the techniques which support this process. Once browsed through, I need to read sections of the book more in depth, because it is so rich. However, at this point I feel to ask some questions of you. 

Regarding 'raising your frequency' — can you tell me more?

Ultimately, the awakening human's journey is to raise one's frequency to that of the present moment. The PMF (Present Moment Frequency) which Chang refers to as the 'frequency associated with the Infinite Love of Creation,' is all frequencies happening everywhere, in the single present moment.

The PMF is the frequency of the all that is, which humans can tap into, align and ultimate merge with.

Frequency awareness, a latent additional human Sense, enables the explorer of consciousness to navigate on earth through denser frequencies to the PMF.

G. - Is there some way to know when one is touching the PMF?

H. - You can change the four pillars of Heart Breathing to question form and ask yourself (without emotional charge):

Am I feeling the heart space?
Am I merging with the present moment?
Am I acting from loving kindness?
Am I trusting the grand design, and the grand designer, which is what I am within?

Beyond that, you will recognize your merge with the PMF by your intuitive sense. You can feel your alignment with the PMF, sometimes as waves of bliss.

Be aware to not place too much importance on raising your frequency. It is natural, effortless, and can happen spontaneously such as when you let go of resistance, whilst desiring the PMF.

'Placing over-importance' on anything, and other distorted emotions, hinder you from raising your frequency to the PMF. Continually turn your Sense within, and look for signs of the PMF, which is ever-present on the inner planes.

Without the PMF, energy and matter would not exist. The material realm, all energy and matter, is a 'thing' realm. The PMF is no-thing. It is everything and no-thing virtually simultaneously, but it is not 'a' thing.

'A thing' is singled out from the 'all that is.' It is neither everything or no-thing, but 'a' thing. 

How does a single thing exist in an actuality that is rapid fire oscillating 'everything' and 'no-thing' with no single thing between? And then make 'single things' or disparate objects, appear to be the only reality?

By the focus of universal consciousness into that diversity to make the experience possible, and the cooperating trickery of the mind. 

The trickery of the mind has served a purpose until now. But now, as frequency awareness rises in humans, the trickery of the mind is bypassed by this awakening additional Sense.

Being no-thing does not mean having no qualities. The no-thing of the PMF is radiant with all the qualities of the heart space. Also, a frequency is not a thing, it is not an object, so is 'no-thing' in itself.

The more 'single thing' you become by identifying with the matrix of the world, the further you remove your experience from the bliss of the PMF, the everything and no-thing. 

Let go of your identity as a single thing, and identify with the bliss of the Present Moment Frequency.

Remember, the present moment is not an individual experience. A moment is not a minute, and regardless of which time zone, galaxy or dimension, it is the same present moment. It is timeless and without form.

While Heart Breathing, insert these felt words, 'I am the present moment.' As this integrates with your body/mind, you will less identify yourself as a single individual and more feel yourself as a universal being.

That does not mean you will not have relationships, rather your relationships with other versions of the One Self will be enriched and enhanced beyond measure.

For purposes of inter-acting with the world (that is, all not conscious of the PMF,) you will identify yourself as Gary R. Smith. Privately, you will know you are the Gary R. Smith version or imprint of the One Self.

All reality is, is an applied focus of universal consciousness, fractionalized by the single focus of each 'thing.' Most 'things' are held in focus by cooperative networks of conscious particles which are attuned to the PMF. Humans may consciously hold themselves in focus, to a greater or lesser degree, over self-awareness — and, by free will, choose whether their frequency will align with the world matrix or with the PMF. 

Take care to not dwell on thoughts or wallow in emotions which are not what your heart longs for, as your thoughts and emotions largely influence your reality ahead. Return your thoughts to Heart Breathing and the PMF, and neutralize emotions by merging with what is — to allow deeper feelings, the eternal qualities radiating from unconditional love, to emanate through you.

The present moment re-unifies all single things and diverse frequencies into the one frequency of the prime creator.

Which would you choose — to continue to identify as a single individual, manipulated by the world matrix — or identify yourself as a universal being bypassing the matrix and truly expressing the gifts of your body's fully activated DNA?

'Things' of matter and energy are an infinite number of strings played in seeming sequence, while the PMF is one harmonious chord.

'The higher strands of our DNA are hard to detect because they exist beyond our current perception of frequency band, which is the range of frequencies that create our three dimensional reality plane. Trying to detect our higher strands of DNA is similar to trying to detect dark matter.'

'When we activate more of our junk DNA, we allow higher frequencies into our bodies, igniting the process of awakening certain hidden abilities, such as instantaneous healing and telepathy, and the ability to sense and see energy. As our bodies start to increase their frequency, they become less dense, age slower and become more immune to diseases.'

'According to some researchers, 2012 is the starting point of our galactic alignment journey. Within the next few years, people who work hard to activate their junk DNA may be able to activate certain sections of their junk DNA faster than people who do not take actions to heal their junk DNA. These people may notice a significant change in their health and awareness, because their frequency and perceptual field will increase faster than normal.'

'The Universe is a very mysterious and mystical place. Within it are Universal Laws that are necessary to bring order from chaos. One of these laws deals with frequency and vibration, the two attributes of consciousness that give energy expressions. Without vibration there would be no light and without light there would be no life. This is why light travels like a wave and is essential for life to exist.'

'At our current level of evolution, we human beings are not able to embody the full frequency of this Infinite Love of Creation. If somehow we were able to do so, our physical bodies would explode because the joy of this pure love would be too overwhelming for us to handle. However, we can gradually tap into this love by learning how to activate our “junk DNA” and expand our consciousness.'

'The more we expand our consciousness, the more our bodies will be able to handle more of the frequency associated with the Infinite Love of Creation. This pure love of Creation is what we all seek for our whole lives. Unfortunately, most of us will fail to find it for the reason that we are searching for it in the wrong places. To find this kind of love, we need to search within us.'

'Our Universe was created with the pure energy of love. Without love, our Universe could not exist, because it would lack the energy needed to keep it in balance. One important thing you need to know about love is that it is a universal harmonic energy found in all organic and non-organic life.'

'The energy transfer that is associated with the galactic alignment in 2012 is responsible for the opening of mother Earth’s natural star gates. This event will increase mother Earth’s frequency, allowing her and her inhabitants to ascend to higher levels of consciousness. 

To be able to ascend using natural star gates, we must activate certain portions of our junk DNA and raise our frequencies high enough to handle the frequencies in higher dimensions. If we cannot raise our frequencies in time, we will be unable to ascend using star gates, because our bodies will disintegrate if we try to do so. For more details on how to increase your frequency, refer to the section in Chapter 7 about how energy vibration relates to your health.'

'The return of the Messiah is not really about the return of Jesus; it is about the activation of the Christ Consciousness, which is located in our bodies. To activate your Christ Consciousness, you will need to heal your light and physical body, activate certain strands of your “junk DNA” and increase your frequency. This will allow you to anchor more of the energy associated with the Christ Consciousness.

One of the first things you need to do to heal your body and DNA is to become aware that you need healing. Next, ask your higher self for guidance and also use your intuition to guide you on your journey to heal yourself.'
