Heartstone, over the past few days, I have applied 'I am that!' to various triggered situations and found that when applied immediately, reactivity and judgment (two issues for me) were less influencing and my inner peace was more felt.

When I say with feeling, 'I am that!,' it is directed towards some trigger point — something or someone which/who triggered judgment or resistance (for example) from me.

The resistance/judgment causes a 'cringe' and contraction which further separates me from a felt connection with whatever or whoever the trigger point was. I do not say, 'that triggered me!' in accusation but 'I was triggered!' in self-responsibility.

To over-ride the contracting energy, I am merged energetically towards the trigger point by feeling 'I am that!'

This morning, I applied 'I am that!' and did not see much change. I was sorely challenged by what was in front of me, and kept saying to myself, 'I am that!' but could not feel it. My emotional pain was too great.

However, I did not escalate or run away from it — two habitual behavior patterns which need to dissolve for me to live more authentically. The challenge did not change or 'go away' as my ego would have liked, but the evenness of my inner landscape tells me there is progress.

'I am that!' is a Truth — and a tool you've just started using. Your skill in applying it will fine-tune itself naturally as you continue to observe yourself.

Your merging is more potent when you can expand it beyond the trigger point and include all of your surroundings — and beyond that conceptually to all that is.

G. - Hmmm.... all I can do is trust that the skill will deepen in me.

H. - As a master of the skill, you will find that not only do you shift within, enabling you to stay with the challenge, but the situation will shift before your eyes.

G. - Onward and upward, then. What are other benefits of applying 'I am that!' to emotionally challenging situations?

H. - When a human can merge with the PMF while retaining the awareness of an individual, the One Being can experience being human. Otherwise, humans are as abstract to O.B. and other high level frequencies as those planes of consciousness are to un-awakened humans.

G. - That sounds worthwhile. Heartstone, earlier you said the movement of the PMF is an illusion. Can you elaborate?

H. - The Present Moment is unmoved, timeless. With its movement, the sentient observer experiences the movement of time. The PMF creates the appearance of movement by generating particles which combine and appear solid. They have relativity to each other.

Movement has to be in relation to something else, and there is no 'something else' than the PMF. So the unmoved mover initiated (on the human timeline) a grand design which gives brave souls an opportunity to experience the illusion of separation, of dis-connection.

In that illusion, that appearance of separation, so-called individuals have an opportunity to experience the oneness of the PMF while in holographic material form.

An illusion is something which is not what it appears to be. When looking at an optical illusion, what is seen is a matter of focus. Changing focus can help to see what is actual beyond the illusion of time and space, but there is more to overcome than a trick of the eye and brain. Still, the illusion will yield to the determined soul.

G. - It sounds from what you said about the grand design, that the illusion of separation is part of the original idea. 

H. - The illusion of separation was designed as an option. Humans could experience a sense of separation with a back-door of felt connection, something like the holodeck of Star Trek.

G. - What happened?

H. - Much has been written about the Fall. Some accounts align in part with actuality. Better to focus on what is Now and on merging yourself with the Present Moment Frequency. Focusing on the Fall is dis-empowering. Focusing on feeling the PMF and acting from it is empowering.

G. - Agreed.
