The 'Present Moment Brocades' are also the 'Present Moment Movements'.
This is a guide to feeling and moving your Chi energies,
and leads to being moved by the Present Moment, when guides are no longer needed.
After testing, I integrated two cycles of Dr. Dispenza's 'DMT Breathing'
(giving it my own spin) into the endings of each of the nine Qigong movements
of the Present Moment Movements' taking them both to a whole new level ~
in 'Present Moment Movements, Version 14.5', and forward.
The undifferentiated Void differentiates,
the Unmoved Mover moves,
and everything that is, becomes.
Between undifferentiated and differentiated is the Present Moment.

The void, the sphere, and the centerline
All statements, including this one, are from a partial and incomplete perspective. My writings intermingle exploration and experience. I don't yet know exactly how it is with frequencies and dimensions, so anything the reader finds questionable can be taken as metaphor. This is what I presently feel and experience:
The Void is not nothing, but is everything, undifferentiated. It is the Unmoved Mover and Creative Source. As the Unmoved Mover moves, stillness and motion are created. One cannot exist without the other. In this duality, the frequencies of motion become distorted, fragmented, partial and incomplete (or perhaps just slower vibrations which cannot hold the same degree of wholeness) as they 'descend' into the third dimension of current human consciousness. The undifferentiated and the differentiated are oscillating so rapidly as to appear simultaneous. Everything, and everyone, is an expression of the Void.
The most complete perspective is that of Void consciousness (the Undifferentiated Everything). The qualities of perspectives and frequencies are directly related. The 'most complete frequencies' of the Void are actually pre-frequencies, unnamed and non-specific, existing as potentialities.
As 'Everything,' the Void includes 'All' characteristics. Undifferentiated, the Void has no characteristics.
'The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao; The name that can be named is not the eternal name. The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth. The named is the mother of ten thousand things.'
Tao
Humans are gifted with the capacity to draw characteristics of their individual choice from the potentialities of the Void, to manifest them in this 3rd dimensional reality. The manifestations will be distorted, in that cannot be pure and complete, but since we are all distorted, they will appear to be in a 'normal' range. Even the distortion can be interpreted as an art form ~ the perfection of imperfection.
In the current human experience, both frequencies and perspectives are incomplete in that they exist in a narrow and limited range and are fixed and static. Both become more complete, rounded and whole as they integrate other perspectives and frequencies, harmonizing and balancing with them. As my perspective broadens, my frequencies raise. As my frequency raises, my perspective broadens, becoming more complete.
From the completeness and wholeness of the Void, motion steps down from the 'higher' dimensions, down through 6th, 5th, into 4th and 3rd dimensional 'realities', where frequencies which become more dis-associated and less cohesive (at least, that is my current perspective!)
Now, in our time and space reality, cosmic events converge to support the raising of frequencies on earth, making them more whole and complete. Humans have the free will and faculties to consciously raise their own frequencies, by way of Chi energy, the centerline, and the Present Moment Sphere.
The Present Moment Sphere, composed of more complete frequencies, is the intermediary between the human expression and the Void, communicating over the bridge of Chi energy.
Chi energy, known by other names in various cultures, is the life force which animates the body. It is associated with the breath, and can be considered bio-electricity, although it is much more. Chi may be moved by using a focused mind and breath.
Know that you are encompassed by a sphere of light.
See it in your mind; and feel it in your heart.
The Sphere of Present Moment Light fills you; and encompasses you; and is most intimately who, and what you are.
Hold that feeling, and be present to the Presence.
The present moment is timeless, and universal.
The present moment is boundless, and unconditioned.
The present moment is the observer, and witness of all things.
The present moment is everything that is, as it is.
The present moment is all embracing, and inclusive.
The present moment harmonizes, balances, and integrates.
The present moment is love; for love itself.
The present moment is the wholeness of the Void, the undifferentiated everything.
The present moment is the unified field, the unmoved mover, and the creative source.
The present moment is the spirit, and essence, and presence, of nature.
The spirit of nature seeks to re-unite with the human spirit.
The centerline is a vertical column of Chi energy between the perineum and the crown of the head. It runs through the energy sun, the sphere around the heart, and into the elixir field in the center of the brain, connecting them.
The centerline anchors higher (more complete) frequencies in a human who consciously expands it with Void frequencies and Present Moment Light.
Breathe in the most complete frequency of the Void; to raise your own frequency by making it more complete. Breathe out more complete frequencies through acts of kindness, compassion, and unconditional love.
