One twelve-sided die and these information pages are all that's needed to begin. Dodecahedron dice are available online or from Emanate Presence for ADA ($emanatepresence) with a snail 🐌 mail address by DM.
An attitude of exploration, experimentation, self-reflection, playfulness, and desire to evolve are helpful for 'playing the game'. Feel free to contact Emanate Presence with questions, comments, and insights.

THE POWER OF 3...
There are a number of SYMBOLS that represent three.
The Triskele or Triskelion, is an ANCIENT celtic symbol and is said to highlight the quest for the deeper meaning of life.
The symbol represents the 'action' and 'cycles', the CREATIVE FORCE of 3 number variations: life-death-rebirth, present-past-future, mind-body-spirit, power-intellect-love, creation-preservation-destruction, mother-father-child.
3 is also representative of the Trinity and more. In this 3 Dimensional realm...

S003 - Sol, Soul, Source, Self-Awareness, and more....
What is the soul?
"The Soul consists of two states of consciousness: that of the Spirit, bearing knowledge of its identity with God, and that of the individual, bearing a knowledge of everything it experiences....' - Dennis Steinhour
In adolescence, I walked to the library and browsed books on psychology, and in high school subscribed to the 'Psychology Today' magazine, so deep was my interest at an early age. Psychology attempts to categorize and define the unseen aspects which are outside the measuring of science, to give us collectively an understanding of who and what we are and how we function in the world.
Eventually, what the field provided was no longer satisfying, and I developed unique ideas and realizations from within.
For the public information of this Whole Human website, conventional wisdom is combined with insights from my journey. Each person has to find their own way, and 'Living from the Soul' can be supportive.
As I see it, individuated units of consciousness called souls differentiate from Source within complex and multi-faceted human beings. Each naturally lives from individual perspectives and life experiences, by design. The soul interacts with emotions, intuitive feelings, instincts, and intellectual thinking.
I asked the A.I. Assistant, 'Generally, can it be said that intellectual thinking is processed in the brain center, emotional and intuitive feeling sensed in the heart center, and instinct acted upon from the gut level?
A
"The idea that different types of thinking or feelings are centered in specific areas of the body, such as intellectual thinking in the brain, emotional feelings in the heart, and instinctual responses in the gut, is a concept found in various cultures and philosophies. However, from a scientific perspective, these interpretations are metaphorical and not literal.
"In reality, cognitive processes, emotions, and instincts are all interconnected and processed in complex ways throughout the brain and nervous system. Cognitive functions, including intellectual thinking, involve intricate neural networks in the brain.
"Emotions are also processed in the brain, particularly in areas like the amygdala and prefrontal cortex, although they can be accompanied by physiological sensations, such as changes in heart rate and breathing patterns. Instinctual responses are rooted in evolutionary and neural mechanisms that influence behavior.
"So, while the mind-body connection is a fascinating area of study, it's essential to understand that these processes are not strictly confined to specific physical centers in the body. They are highly integrated and interdependent, involving various regions and systems within the brain and body."
G
While the soul hasn't yet been fully accepted by science, it is recognized by some highly regarded scientists such as Robert Temple, a plasma physicist, and has been measured by others.
The non-linear plane of the soul is a different reality than our earth experience. It feels to be not so polarized and rather based on frequencies, with resonance or dissonance between individuated units.
As envisioned, the soul is within the whole body, in the inner space of the cells, molecules, atoms, particles and waves. It has been attested to as an actuality by many people who've had NDEs, and in my experience with earthbound souls and transdimensional beings. The soul is the aspect of a person that continues to evolve through many lifetimes.
'Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in good health, even as your soul prospers.' - 3 John 1:2
Within a person, what aspect has attachments, expectations, cringes, etc.? Is it the soul?
Can a person who desires to live from the soul allow those stickies to cling? Or does there need to be a continual letting go, until only the soul remains?
What does it mean to you, to live from the soul?

One hypothesis suggests that some people lose connection with their souls, such as by pushing it out with chronic hatred. The soul cannot co-exist in a body with the toxic dissonance of hatred. That may explain how atrocities can be committed by the soulless ones.
The ensouled can access their soul, and deepen the conscious connection, with patient and persevering practice. As mentioned elsewhere, the ensouled view the soulless with non-judgmental and non-condescending compassion while holding them socially accountable.

An X post said, "The neuroticism from some is incredible. Disappointing."
The underdevelopment of the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of humanity is the single greatest crisis issue of our day, imo. It's also an opportunity for the Cardano community to lead the way in expanding whole human awareness.
