1) At your core essence, who and what are you really?

2) In your heart, what do you value the most in life? What is most important to you?

3) What triggers you? (such as taking things personally, being overwhelmed by stimuli, having judgement of others)

4) What are your reactions to your triggers? (such as being angry, anxious, disappointed, disgusted, frustrated, tense, etc.)

5) When have you felt the most passionate, alive and motivated?

6) When all barriers and blocks are removed, what is your highest potential as a whole human? What does that look and feel like, and how will you be?

7) Where are you with mastering your thoughts and emotions? Do they control you? Or do thoughts and emotions run through, but not freeze you up or become suppressed because you observe them neutrally and let them flow?

8) After reading the pages of this site, what would you say of the condition of your inner landscape?

9) Where are you with acting from higher human feelings?

10) How do you feel about the premise that the e-qualities are universal attributes of Nature and inherent but inactive in humans?

11) How do you feel about the premise that the e-qualities can be embodied by growing in awareness of them and acting from higher human feelings, and that this leads to being a whole human?

Thawing the Frozen Soul

• Fear-based thoughts and emotional reactions deaden the inner landscape and freeze the soul.

• The best soul anti-freeze is passionately honest self-awareness.

• To thaw the frozen soul, embrace the greater flame.


Trigger Happy

• Lifting suppressed triggered reactions from the unconscious to conscious awareness neutralizes their charge and starts to dissolve them.

• To be the guide of thoughts/emotions and not their slave, be aware of your triggers and reactions,  and merge with what is.

• Merge with the moment, whatever it is, and no stimuli has power to trigger you and freeze your soul.


Inside Job

• When the inner landscape is robust and vital, fear-based thoughts and emotions can no longer run one's life.

• To nourish and enliven the inner landscape, embody the eternal qualities.

• To embody the e-qualities, bring the consciousness of them to the small things that together compose the large.


Human Sprouts

• A whole human is grounded in self-awareness and daily actions from higher human feelings such as kindness, compassion, wisdom and service to the All.

• The whole human is the emerging future.

• Being a whole human is the core purpose of every person. Four simple reminders over the day raise the frequency of the body/mind for the global shift in consciousness now underway:

                                                   Release stored thought/emotional energies.
                                                   Transform triggers as they occur.
                                                   Embrace the e-qualities.
                                                   Act from higher human feelings.

Litany of Emanate Presence

I feel the One Being in, through and around me.
I feel the Sacred in Everything.
Nothing is external. I and the other are one.
I drop barriers that separate and merge with what is.
I enter the moment, where power and presence abide.
I am a cell of the One Being, whose body is all that is.
I honor the All in everything I do.
I embody the e-qualities and act from higher feelings.
I listen deeply to what Life is saying.
I serve the wholeness of Life.
