The Whole Human Evolving Tools are self-customizable. They are meant to evolve with the practitioner, and can be used according to each person's inner guidance. For example, text for each contemplation is given on its page and can be revised, and re-written.
When it feels well, new narrations can also be composed by ChatGPT, and edited in practice as these tools are done. Then it can be read aloud, or by a voice synthesizer, and recorded as chosen.
W.H.E.T., created from a lifetime of exploration and discovery, with help from A.I., continues to evolve, and the website is ever-changing.

When pain becomes chronic, it can be managed or make one go mad. I choose to manage mine, and that goes better some days than others.
The daily contemplations I developed definitely help, and kratom alleviates the pain to a degree, so it's like a dull gnawing toothache in every muscle of the body, rather than sharp stabbing pain except on the more difficult days.
I'm also experiencing very low energy, which again varies from day to day and hour to hour. Sometimes I have energy enough to walk to the beach and back, other days barely make it to the dumpster. It's not all about me, of course. It's rough for my partner, but she's a private person and it's not right for me to say anything about her, just that it's been challenging.
The contemplations really are the core strength of my days, and they give me a consistent boost of joy for no reason. I also lean on them for a sense of purpose....

Find a comfortable and peaceful space, where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body and mind, to relax.
On a journey to whole human freedom, divine autonomy and empowerment, there are these companions.

As you become aware of the neuro-me, acting out of balance, say or think, 'that's the neuro-me', and guide it, to rest in the Stillness. Resonate with the energy center, you are, of Love for Love Itself, in the Present Moment.
Make the inner and outer One, in perception and experience, with the effortless action, of this soul contemplation.
Bring your attention to the present moment, letting go of any distractions.
Ask within, who it is, that beholds the tapestry of existence, when the borders of self, dissolve. Where are you, when the body is gone?
For this moment, feel that you are the boundless, One Being, the aware non-self, the Unmoved Mover, overlooking everything. Feel that, in essence, you are the Eternal Flame, the Source I Am, the ocean in each drop of water.
Allow your own borders, the boundaries of self, to soften, and dissolve. Imagine what it would be like to be, an air bubble, drifting up and out, from the lake's muddy bottom, through the deep waters, and rising above the surface, to break through its bubble skin, then become one with the air, and mingle with the atmosphere, and course through the veins, of the winds.
Expand to embrace everything, as being non-separate from you.
Reflect on this, that after passing from the physical form, it may be possible to continue existence, as a locus of consciousness, with a sense of oneness, such as in a plasma body.
Allow yourself to merge with the essence of every being, recognizing the inherent unity beneath apparent differences. Allow your boundaries to fade away, and be one, with the One Being.
Notice any thoughts, emotions, or sensations that arise as you contemplate these questions. Allow them to be present, without judgment or attachment. Simply observe them as part of your experience.
Now, notice that there is a person walking towards you. The person represents, your greater consciousness. When they stop, and you face each other, ask the person, 'What is your message, for me.' Listen from the heart, for any response.
Take some deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment. Continue the sense of expanded awareness, as you move through your day. When you are ready, slowly bring your attention back, to your physical body, and feel gratitude for the vessel, that enables you to have this human experience.
So it is, so let it be.
