5G PERSONAL DEFENSE

The 'Joyful Surprise Movements' are the main component of the 'Present Moment Brocades (nine movements, a full set of Qigong) and 'Dance with the Divine' (three of the nine, an introduction to the P.M.B.)

While practicing them, I have often experienced joy, a release of tension, a change from stiffness to suppleness, and sometimes ecstasy. Afterwards, I feel a sense of centeredness, equanimity, and well-being ~ which eventually fades in the midst of environmental stress, but can be refreshed over the day by applied breathing and focus. Overall, I am more grounded, peaceful, and able to meet stressors with confidence.

Recently, while practicing and editing the 115th revision of the prompt script (Version 11.5], which is later read by a text-to-speech app for the audio recording, I experienced non-local awareness. I was not out-of-the-body, but beyond the body, and realizing there were no boundaries. No substances were involved, which means to me that this borderless awareness is natural and intrinsic, a human birthright.

Reflecting on it afterwards, the thought came that this practice, which boosts experiential connection with one's Present Moment Sphere, may be the most powerful defense against environmental threats such as 5G radiation.

The movements are based on the 'Eight Pieces of Brocade,' which were developed to help the Chinese army defend against a Mongolian invasion. The threats against humanity today may be invisible to the eye, but they are no less real.

'Present Moment Brocades' bolster one's defense in that invisible realm, and it can be felt and experienced.

This excerpt from a 5G appeal points to the threat, and the basis for my intuitive feeling that the P.M.B., which increases the quantity and quality of Chi flow in the body, defends against it:

But the greatest damage the satellites will do, which could end life on Earth when they go into service next year, comes from their location in the most vulnerable part of the Earth’s environment: the ionosphere.

The ionosphere is a layer of atmosphere that begins at an altitude of about 50 miles above our heads. It is charged to an average of 300,000 volts at all times and it provides the power for the global electrical circuit.'

'The global electrical circuit provides the energy for all living things: it is why we are alive, and it is the source of all health and healing. All doctors of oriental medicine know this, except they call that energy “qi” or “chi.” It flows between sky and Earth and it circulates through our meridians and gives us life. It is electricity. You cannot contaminate the global electrical circuit with millions of pulsed, modulated radio signals without destroying all life.'
