Around 2:30 this morning, I awakened from a Dream in which I sang a Christmas hymn.
That would be uncharacteristic. Yet, I was deeply moved by the words of the song, and they feel significant when applied to these times: It is the night of our dear Savior's birth. Long lay the world in sin and error pining. 'Til He appears and the Soul felt its worth. A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices. For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn. Fall on your knees; O hear the angel voices! O night divine, O night when Christ was born.

In Movement Four of the One Light meditation, the visualization and movement is of riding a horse, while pulling hard on a strong bow. In my mind's eye, I am riding a light colored horse with a blond mane and tail.... Now these are real-life, useful tips in short bursts -
