In any given moment or situation, you can maintain or regain control, simply by controlled intentional breathing.
When you feel like you're giving into the fear, when you feel you're allowing negativity and / or victim mentality to creep in- become aware- then go back to slow intentional breathing.
Pair it with an empowering mantra to multiply the effects.
