A comment on a DMT-Pineal Gland-Breathing YouTube video says, 'This is NOT an easy breathing technique, it requires a lot of focus and patience and practice.'
While honoring that each person has their own experience, and for some this technique may be challenging, I find it to be easy, effortless and natural, as well as powerful and effective.... Ken Matsushima wrote to me a personal email which says it so well, I share. The reader may have to fill in the context with imagination....
