These videos and comment 'came to me' this week... A comment on my conversation starter in the Practial Metaphysics discussion group: Tony Escorcio We have all have a fear of death. We have a fear of the unknown. Its part of our survival mechanism. If we did not we would be taking risks which would kill off our species. This maybe why have this fog between mind and soul. Perhaps not everyone is supposed to access beyond for this reason. Having said that I believe that we are evolving spiritually. Not everyone but most. Presently the world is goung through a big shift. It may alter all our paradigms. Our perception of what is important will change. We wont be imprisoned by the chains of money, materialism and greed. We will then be free to explore our true purposes and the path of spirituality. Hi Gary, I have looked at your pdf and I thank you for sharing it. I was able to follow all of the theoretical discussion, and the movements themselves appear -- at least to me -- to be authentic (that is to say, a genuine reflection of spiritual enterguy manifesting itself in matter. I must point out, however, that you are treading upon ground that has been crisscrossed for centuries by mystics whose personalities found affinity with physical movement of the body. Tai Chi, Kung Fu (in its purest form), Yoga, Sufi Dance, Dervishes, the Sun Dances of MesoAmerican religions, and so on. One interesting thing that you will discover, as you progress, is that the energy itself will make its form and direction manifest. That is to say -- each person gets movements that align with their own body. My own energy often takes control of me, and leads the body through a series of Yoga asanas which very much resembles a dance (and indeed, has many similarities to the movements you describe). What you must understand is that the rote repetition of certain movements is NOT "being fully present" "The present moment is timeless, and universal. The present moment is boundless, and unconditioned. The present moment is the observer, and witness of all things. The present moment is everything that is, as it is. The present moment is all embracing, and inclusive. The present moment harmonizes, balances, and integrates. The present moment is love; for love itself. The present moment is the wholeness of the Void, the undifferentiated everything. The present moment is the unified field, the unmoved mover, and the creative source. The present moment is the spirit, and essence, and presence, of nature. The spirit of nature seeks to re-unite with the human spirit." Exactly. And when you are fully in the present moment, you do not HAVE to think about which "brocade" comes next, or what sort of energy to "visualise". The energy -- the chi -- will decide what to do. When one is FULLY in the present moment, and doesnt let the "little ego/junior partner" interfere, the chi will move in exactly the way and form that chi moves. Perhaps your body will follow along. Perhaps it will simply lie down and let the soul get carried off on the winds of chi. It all depends on the person. Im glad that you shared your method with me. It appears to be as valid as any other. Blessings on your going... But I have always been a Van Morrison fan, myself. Cheers! Ken
