A comment on a DMT-Pineal Gland-Breathing YouTube video says, 'This is NOT an easy breathing technique, it requires a lot of focus and patience and practice.' While honoring that each person has their own experience, and for some this technique may be challenging, I find it to be easy, effortless and natural, as well as powerful and effective.... My edge comes from eight months of developing the 'Present Moment Movements', in which I move Chi energy from the perineum to the pineal gland, using focused mind and breathing ~ very much like the breathing technique employed by Dr. Joe Dispenza in the video, below. He adds flexing specific muscles on the in-breath, and calls it 'cerebrospinal fluid' rather than Chi energy. I feel that Chi, the bio-electricity explained in some detail by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, is also a bridge to, and carrier of, other energies. After testing, I integrated two cycles of Dr. Dispenza's 'DMT Breathing' (giving it my own spin) into the endings of each of the nine Qigong movements of the Present Moment Movements' taking them both to a whole new level ~ in 'Present Moment Movements, Version 14.5', and forward. Dr. Dispenza's 17 minute explanation makes the video below well worth watching. Listening to the breathing steps (narrated by Amy's synthesized voice with a soft British accent), and following them in real-time, makes the powerful technique easy to appreciate.
