'Love is experienced in a free abundance flowing within the heart.
Love is the natural, unrestricted, free flow of energy.
Love is the root emotion which literally holds our universe together....
Really, you are made of, you are, LOVE.'

If there is ONE piece of Wisdom I could give for everyone to understand, it is this....
by Julz Hasegawa
Self love comes from the connection you have from Source that is given for you to love and accept your Ego.. That is the Source of motivation to drive your passion.. That is ultimately oneness with Self.. That is the energy center of life force.. ♾
I’ve learned the most valuable lesson..
People will make you feel bad for doing good things ..
Too much pride..
Too much caring..
Too much loving..
Too much helping..
These are good qualities..
My parents tell me comments like why am I helping so and so?! In a World full of selfish, that’s a good thing..
Or, others may think I am arrogant.. In a world full of insecurity, being proud of yourself is a good thing..
People will say don’t be this,
Don’t be that..
Spiritual is this..
Spiritual is that..
Don’t do this..
Don’t do that..
People steal your life force when you let them define who you are, or let them make you feel bad for the things you do.. We can never rid our Ego.. That is why it has been suppressed all these years.. Your Soul is limitless, but your ego has needs.. When you don’t nurture and love your ego, that’s where neediness, insecurity, jealousy, codependency, anger, etc. comes from.. Your ego is not the enemy.. Your ego is what makes you different than everyone else.. It sure would be boring if we all were the same..
Your job isn’t to change it.. Your job is to love, accept and nurture the wounded parts of you so you can stop doing the destructive things it does.. When your Soul keeps shutting down your ego, it will continue to act like a kid bringing you suffering.. Dont be abusive to your ego.. It needs to be loved..
The real you is balanced between Ego and Soul..
The Soul is a formless and nameless ball of energy..
Your ego is your unique creative expression of your soul..
That’s what being human and spiritual is all about..
Our job isn’t to teach..
Our job is to love..
Our job is to be loved..
Our job is to express our true essence of who we are...
We are here to love and respect others creative expression of themselves..
That’s where the fine line is drawn..
Most people don’t understand the energy they give off.. If you don’t understand the energy you ingest, you will be depleted wondering why you feel depressed and insecure of what others think about you.. Most of that energy isn’t even yours.. It’s the energy you allow others to penetrate into you..
What’s wrong about helping others?
What’s wrong about loving too much?
What’s wrong about being too proud?
Only the people who don’t love themselves make you feel like you are shining too bright.. They don’t mean to hurt you.. They just haven’t learned how to express themselves either..
Love has no boundaries..
Love has no limitations..
Love has no conditions..
If and only you have the ability to truly love yourself✨ You are overly abundant to just give it away..
Don’t let others dim your light because you shine too bright..
Most importantly, don’t dim your own light..
Blazing a Trail of Love!

It is in humbly serving death ( I have worked as a hospice nurse for 10+ years), that I learned more about love, true, unconditional love and oneness that any teaching or belief could have ever taught.
It is through the human frailities, through others' pain and fear I learned compassion.
It is in the mother and father holding their child as they take their last breaths, I was gifted with the pure, raw love as they, totally for loss of any control, see their child slip away.
It is in countless hours of 90-100 + year old African Americans I found courage, love, faith and an unshakable belief and trust in God in the face of being the grandchildren of slaves, segregation, burning of their churches by the KKK and all that meant to be black in the South.
I found love as patients, wasting away, amputations, bed sores lay helpless in bed, as family, aids and nurses lovingly bathed these men and woman. Gently. Carefully. With honor and reverence.
I found love in the ghetto.
I found love in the suburbs.
I found love with blacks and whites.
I found love with young children, teenagers, dirty old men and 100+ year old woman.
I found love with those that had masters degrees and those that were illiterate.
I found love in homes that had roaches running through the humid southern homes.
I found love in every hand I shook, every soul I hugged, every person I made eye contact with.
We think we know what love and oneness is, but it is in sharing life with ALL people, through ALL walks of life, through any and all circumstances, without judgement, without need to fix or change another, we come home to true love and unity and oneness. True mastery.
These things, love, unity and oneness are not found in beliefs, teachings of others.
Love is found in sharing, doing life with others.
Sharing in the worst and best life has to offer.
Love is not a belief or a dimension or a place to ascend to.
Love is who we are.
Love is an action.
Love is in the trenches.
Love is found and grown in all that is messy in life.
Love is not just a love and light.
Love is not in a perfect Utopia to get to or create.
But love, true love, unconditional love is found right here, right now, sharing our lives together. Often times messy and unpredictable. But it is here, in the mess and the muck we dig deep into the courage and strength and inner mastery of the love we already are. The love we came to be.
Love my dear loves, has always been who we are, NEVER an external goal to attain.
