I am not a drop in the ocean,
I am the entire ocean in a drop,
as Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī said.

That to me means that the Present Moment of all that is
composes the sphere of light encompassing my body.
The personality known as Gary is integrating
with his individuated Present Moment Sphere,
and becoming who he really is.

In the Present Moment Brocades, there is a focus on moving one's Chi energy, including through the pineal gland in the center of the brain, the third eye.

The images in this slideshow give a visual, for clearer mental imagery and intuitive feeling while 'dancing with the Divine.'
