NO SEPARATION MEANS NO SUFFERING
Flaviu The idea is that awareness of the Oneness of the Flow AND the Void, or whatever two polarities may appear in the flow, should be maintained. If this awareness fades away, then it will be an identification with one side only and the other side will be perceived as "not me" -- starting the loop of ego identification and suffering. The entire concept of no-Self has actually only one applied purpose. If there is no self there is no one who can suffer... So a state without labeling and separation is a selfless state where suffering cannot cling on any "I am" structure, because this structure is non existent. Gary Identifying with the Void/Flow of Life rather than with self, frees Gary from the grip of the world and its suffering. Resistance towards the world (human society, mass consciousness, and individual pain) holds Gary in its grip. 'The Void/Flow of Life as Gary' experiences oneness with life, and freedom from the pain of the world, when resistance is relaxed into acceptance, and self is unified with non-self. Flaviu Yes, in the game that we play as being separated, the "I" is a way in which AllThatIs / Oneness limits itself and becomes an individuality expressing something towards another apparently ego-identification. So one can say that "I am separated" is a convention to play and communicate between the separations. Yes, AllThatIs expresses itself through every single apparently separated individuality. There is no separation between AllThatIs and Flaviu. There is no separation between AllThatIs and Gary... However in order to play this game Flaviu and Gary are separated individualities. Gary Identification with non-self/self unity begins for 'the Void/Flow of Life as Gary', by identifying himself as such, with the void/flow of life. It continues with non-labeling, that is, not giving in to the temptation to analyze, dissect, intellectualize or conclude. Fixed facts don't flow. Labeling separates. No labeling, no separation. Flaviu Gary/Flaviu uses concepts. Gary/Flaviu uses mind. There is no separation between the flow of life and "mind and concepts". "Beyond mind and concept" is a concept. Describing a state requires labels separation and concepts. In the no-mind state there is nothing to label and transmit and no one to transmit because all is One. By denying or blaming ego mind (even separation) and concepts, one creates more separation... by accepting them as One and None simultaneously, separation ends and Oneness occurs spontaneously (after a lot of effort towards this realization, reason for which concepts help, mind helps, everything helps and contributes towards this realization.) There are no different types of Oneness 🙂 but there are countless ways to describe it, even through paradoxical and antagonistic points of view. Oneness is indeed spontaneous because it can happen only here and now. The way to the no-Self and experiencing Oneness through it is a way using mind which is familiar to individuality... the paradoxical logic of no-mind leads to dissolution of the self, which is Love and the support of Life, when One find itSelf as AllThatIs and NoneThatItIs The indication for a separated individuality that it has realized the no-Self and is One with AllThatItIs is in that moment when one really feels itSelf as one with AllThatItIs, as true and undeniable that "I am this" feeling and as true as "I am not" feeling. A feeling (a cumul of sensations) is real. A concept is an illusion based on analyzing, labeling and processing sensations. Here is when feeling (as sensations) precede concepts as "truth". Gary Though 'I' have concluded there is wisdom in forming no conclusions, still there are current feelings which serve as guidelines on the journey.... • The AllThatIs experiences individuality through this apparent body of sensations, which feels real. • At the border between the inner Void, and the outer Flow of Life, is the apparent 'I' or 'I Am'. • There is no border, the inner and outer are one, there is no 'I' or 'I Am'. There is only Oneness. • Integrating all perspectives brings 'me' closer to the ever-changing nature of truth. • In the non-dual, non-separated self is non-suffering, and the power of peace. 'I', My', is written with awareness that, "There is no border, the inner and outer are one, there is no 'I' or 'I Am'. There is only Oneness." AllThatIs moves this individuality, meaning duality in divinity. In the end, though, it is whatever works for each person.
