​THE CURRENT

The Absolute and the Relative are aspects of an even greater Whole.

The Current is a ride to that One, from the non-existent conditioned mind of Man.

Ride the current over your breath.

Skillfully use the breath, your voice, and your imaginative will
to find by feeling the Current.

Though the mind wanders, continually bring your attention back to the Current.

Each person finds the Current in their own way.

For me, it is over the Dance of Light, another name
​for the Heart Breathing Moving Meditation...

Toning long 'A' and long 'O', I move into the positions,
between Heart Action and Present Moment Stillness.

The movements are guided by the feeling.

I allow myself to use creative freedom as I express the movements in a variety of ways.

The Current that moves me is the flow.

The Current that moves me is Love for Love itself.

I am the Current.

I am the Tone.

I am the Flow.
