​Many posts have circulated regarding the global mass meditation this weekend. Here is another, which came to me in an email from a friend who lives in the Middle East. It offers additional information, and choices. The screenshot below Ziad's email shows comments from viewers of the video, who suggest putting the meditation into a more positive light, with which I agree. The One Light Meditation offers this option.

In this difficult time for humanity, we are not powerless. Many studies have shown that mass meditation can have a huge impact on the physical world, literally changing our collective reality.

A few months ago I even created a short video that shares the findings of the most famous of these studies. Whether you've watched it or not, now would be a good time to do so to inspire you to participate in the global meditation we're about to do!

This mass meditation is being promoted all over the world by countless people, including well known spiritual teachers and public figures.

We are aiming for 1 million people to meditate together at 10:45 pm EST on April 4th (you can check the corresponding time in your timezone by clicking here). Note that this will be April 5th for many of you around the world. If you want to be guided during the meditation, you can play this guided meditation at that time. Otherwise, simply meditate in whatever way you feel called, bringing love and light to the world with the intention to end the Coronavirus and bring peace and prosperity to everyone.

P.S. If you absolutely cannot make it at the scheduled time, it is still very helpful to do the meditation on the 4th/5th as your energy will increase the collective energy field and help create the shift we need to end the virus and create the new Earth we all desire.
