What is reality, and how can understanding it improve one's life?

As awareness expands, perspectives change. Reality is a composite of stimuli received by limited-range sense organs and processed by a compromised brain and nervous system. Society is based on a collective illusion. Reality and the neuro-me which interprets and applies it, exist only so long as they are projected by the neurology.

Actuality is a non-linear spectrum of frequencies in a unified field of consciousness which seeks by its nature to expand while returning to balance and harmony. Being non-linear, it's also non-hierarchical and abstract conceptual for most human brains, and terms used to describe it cannot be fixed, specific or accurate. They are often metaphorical, generalized, and attempts to comprehend something that is incomprehensible to humans.

The suffering of humanity occurs in the agitations of a misaligned neuro-me, the false sense of self-identity which doesn't actually exist.

What is the 'I, me, my', and where is it located? The locus of consciousness identified by personal pronouns 'floats' in an individual's coherent complex from the neuro-me to the soul, from the 'I to the I Am', depending on the focus of attention.

The 'I' can shrink to near non-existence with disconnect from the soul, and the person becomes an automaton acting on habitual patterns and muscle memory. Or it can be so group identified there's no balanced sense of individuality.

As inner tension releases and awareness expands, so can the sense of 'I', with some having people spontaneous experiences of 'being everywhere', without hallucinogens.

The apparent disconnect of a neuro-me from the soul and Source I Am is at the root of human dysfunction. Causes of the disconnect are also complex, and include deliberate interventions in humankind, anomalies in the nervous system, free will choice, and conditioned patterns of behavior.
