The article reprinted as a Whole Human blog post, 'Am I of Higher Frequency?', was discussed in the Collective Evolution Discussion Group with comments as follows:
I believe it is dangerous to talk like this, because no matter your frequency, ego and feeling better than others are always danger zones for many. As soon as you speak of ascension; that's what ancients did in stargate and now people in real life claim they do) or kundalini or higher frequency, egos enlarge and the talking down on others begins...
Gary R. Smith:
I can certainly see a detriment in talking about frequencies in comparison - such as one person's frequency is more advanced than another's. Neither would I suggest a person become obsessed with advancing their own frequency. Calling them higher and lower frequencies is mis-leading as one is not superior to the other, nor can it be measured in a linear way. However, to be aware of partial, imbalanced or blocked frequencies in oneself, even it if takes a bit of guesswork, could be useful towards living from more whole, balanced and unblocked frequencies. And I am not using the term frequency necessarily in a literal way. It points to an idea for which I do not fully have the words.
I agree. And I know about these frequencies, can explain how it works and can feel them. Still seeing how most speak of this, often makes feel ashamed for others. My frequency is my being, my core, not just anybody should be concerned about it
I tend to agree with Remco Cosphi ... The authors seem to be of the opinion that a "higher frequency" is more desirable than the other options, whatever they are. (I'm not clear on just what the concept of "frequency" means in terms of its application to humans). Discussions of this nature always, and I do mean always, have the tinny clank of inauthenticity about them....The initial concept is dubious and the article strikes me as one of self-preening... But ... what the hell...if it gets you through the night...?
People do not understand that the intention of life is to experience and learn. Experience intensifies one's energy, the frequency goes up. It is the entire reason of us incarnating.
That is like being proud of having grey hair...
Plus in 2001 Earth's frequency has gone up and with it our energy too. So some who have discovered their frequency has gone up, can be proud because of something they didnt do anything for.
And maybe someone has gone up 10 flights of frequency stairs and is still a few flights behind someone else, but that person has only gained 1 flight in their entire life... Who deserves most respect?
Can you recognize how much anyone has gained?
Judging is only proof of not realizing how it truly works.
Not saying this applies to anyone in these comments, just other posts I see in other groups on fb...
The only thing you can do is live the best way you can, don't limit yourself with building up expectations of where it is you are going, trust yourself and move forward. You are who you are and the only thing you can do to change it is to work hard
Gary R. Smith:
RC - People do not understand that the intention of life is to experience and learn.
GS - Could we go further into this thought? I recognize you already know there is more to the intention of life than to experience and learn. Will you philosophize with me on a more complete version?
How do you feel about my earlier hypothesis:
'While Nature does not have objectives or will as we know them, it acts on principles set by its Source—such as expansion, diversification, evolution from simple to complex organisms, and stasis or balance. Its purpose is to create habitation and objects of observation for the creative field. The idea of Man in the mind/heart of Source is a sentient creature capable of acting by free will choice as its conscious co-creator and emanating the presence of pure consciousness to all of creation. Those who so emanate expand Presence where there was absence.'
RC - Experience intensifies one's energy, the frequency goes up. It is the entire reason of us incarnating.
GS - Exactly. That we live in a frequency universe and are ourselves frequency beings is well attested. Can it even be reasonably refuted? I understand anyone's objection to making comparison of higher and lower frequencies, or giving value to meaning to them, but not to being self-aware of one's own core frequency and having the ability to consciously adjust.
A definition of frequency is 'the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave, either in a material (as in sound waves), or in an electromagnetic field (as in radio waves and light), usually measured per second.'
And as earlier discussed, though not concluded by everyone, existence is the intersection of wavelengths of probability/possibility with sentient observers which are also wavelengths. Everything is consciousness and wavelengths, stillness and motion.
RC - The only thing you can do is live the best way you can, don't limit yourself with building up expectations of where it is you are going, trust yourself and move forward. You are who you are and the only thing you can do to change it is to work hard :)
GS - Hmmm.... I haven't given up on my inmost sense that there is more to it than this.
Everything is a Whole, energy. This energy, or energies are and they live. What is their way of living, together they create universes, seven in total, making an omniverse. These universe contain planets where parts of that Whole, tiny parts can incarnate to experience. Because every tiny speck experiences it can grow and as a Whole the Whole grows. Evolution. The way one person or species can evolving, so does the Whole.
