Authentic living for me now means living from the centerpoint, the stillpoint. From here there is only contraction or expansion of what I am within who I am, and that becomes the basis of my choices. I know what contracts and expands and am still refining. It is an art and skill and never ending process. There is no perfection, no end of the process, yet there can be excellence. Emotions that are fear-based contract. Emotions which have their source from unconditional love, from the frequency of the Absolute, expand. Over-thinking and labeling with judgment contract. Placing importance on or making special can also contract the 'what I am' as the 'who I am' inflates. Thoughts and giving meaning to must be managed, just as an energetic dog must be trained or it will run wild and take over. The energy behind the thought or labeling is the key. When I feel the 'what I am' contracting, I bring balance by shifting focus to what expands. Each day presents new opportunities to expand within the challenges of setting and circumstance. Thereby the 'what I am' grows and the 'who I am' diminishes. Why choose to live an illusion? Yet that is without judgment, as some do choose to experience their illusions, their 'who I am', and it is okay. It is what it is. I am only responsible for my own experience.
