THE UNITY V
The roman numerals after the title refer to the version number, as this post has been rewritten. * A beach of black volcanic sand nestles between high cliffs and a rocky Atlantic coast at Praia da Fajã, Ilha do Faial (Fajã beach, Faial island). Soft and fluffy towards the sea, the sand sinks when walked upon. Compacting as it piles towards the cliffs, it makes a solid bed. Laying bare-skinned upon the sand, looking up to the ever-changing sky, hearing the constantly crashing waves, I repeat softly aloud the words that arise within my awareness: 'All praise to the Source I Am, the Unity, the all-inclusive One.' All tension releasing, all muscles and thoughts letting go, I relax into the sound of the chant, I am, the Unity, the all-inclusive One. Within the warming wave of nurturing wellbeing I sink deeper into the intimate being I am. My eye opens to the intertwining dance of the invisible One and the divine desire to express itself through the diversity of form. In that moment of awe, deep gratitude bursts like a shooting star through my vessel. All thoughts, borders and sense of linear time are swallowed by the flow, and I experience beyond the light of the wind-driven clouds mirrored in the ocean waves. The fluidity I witness becomes for me the seamless expression of Source unity in all that is. The beach experience brings new clarity into my life. Nothing is random. It is the degree of my focus, the degree of being in devotional solitude, in communion with the Source. In the end, that degree opens the door to life experience in the sacredness, the Source - Unity within all. * All praise to the Source I Am, the Unity, the all-inclusive One. All gratitude for AllThatIs, as it is, as it was, and as it will be. All that I Am, and ever will be, is Love for Love Itself. All tension releasing, all muscles and thoughts letting go, I relax into the Source I Am. All connection with the Unity feeling, the Source I Am acts through me. * The photo is by Gary. It is from the island of Faial in the Atlantic, in the volcanic archipelago of the Azores (Açores), Portugal, sometimes called the remnant of Atlantis.
